1. Organization of tours (travel agency) for organized tourism for travelers coming from abroad or from inside the country.
2. Organization of tours for organized tourism in archaeological and religious sites.
3. Organization of organized tours (travel packages).
4. Buses and cars rental including the driver.
5. Passenger’s transportation for sightseeing and touristic purposes.
6. Car hire with a non-owner driver.
7. Mediation in order to secure and / or rent accommodation in a hotel or in rooms to let.
8. Mediation for the organization of conferences of all types.
9. Receipt and distribution applicant customers’ baggage.
10. Mediation for the organization of leisure activities, such as finding tickets for artistic, sports and other events.
11. Mediation for participation in canoeing, horse riding, hiking, diving (…).
12. Mediation for accommodation in specially designed lodges suitable for treatment and cure of chronic diseases of the muscular and skeletal system (medical tourism).
Terms and Conditions of our Travel Agency:
Please allow yourselves time to carefully read the following terms for your information and protection. It is your responsibility to ensure that you read and understand the various terms that relate to us before making a reservation.
By making a reservation with “LUXURY TRANSFERS”, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as this may change and the changes can be posted to our site at any time.
Α. Guarantee (Written Payment Confirmation)
Upon the completion of payment by you, “LUXURY TRANSFERS” will send you a confirmation-guarantee via e-mail or fax, which will be printed as proof of purchase by you and will be available to the service provider you have selected.
All information related to you should be provided correctly at the time of booking.
All requests for modifications / changes related to booking should be made within a reasonable time via e-mail.
“LUXURY TRANSFERS” cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise if you do not receive or you do not read the confirmation / guarantee carefully.
Β. Liability clause
“LUXURY TRANSFERS” acts as a mediator in hotels and generally tourists’ accommodation, coastal companies, railways, airlines, passenger transportation companies and generally the companies providing the activities listed at the beginning of the present document.
All agreements are subject to changes of the tariffs, terms and other conditions with which the aforementioned companies operate.
“LUXURY TRANSFERS” is not responsible for any injury or any loss or damage of your property that you suffer and is related to (the injury or the damage) with defects in accommodation or transportation, especially if caused by natural disasters , damage to a machine or equipment, governmental acts or due to riots or customs regulations or delays or cancellations or changes in the program, or any loss or damage caused by inappropriate or inadequate use of passports, visas or other documents; or other reason out of “LUXURY TRANSFERS” ‘s control. “LUXURY TRANSFERS” will not be held responsible for any liability or liability of the buyer as a result of the above reasons.
The owner of the mean of transport is responsible for carrying the luggage throughout the journey, unless they are insured. The various small items, such as cameras, mobile phones, etc., as well as small hand luggage, are entirely subject to your care and transportation responsibility. We recommend that all passengers be insured in their country before traveling from abroad to our country.
In the event that our services are limited to those of the travel agent alone, we bear no responsibility for the arrangements for your carriage. We are also not liable in the event of illness, injury, death or loss of any kind of property during your transport. Any termination for damage or injury, illness or death, resulting from your own use of transportation services, should be made against shipping companies.
Complaints are submitted in writing within 21 days.
We reserve the right to modify the route and browser program in case of force majeure or due to reasons beyond our control.
C. Clarification of what’s related to your browsing and stay.
The duration of tours ranges as follows:
- Private Tours Duration: Half day 4 hours & Full day 8 hours.
- Mini Bus private tours & tours by bus: Half day 4 hours & Full day 8 hours.
Guides are English-speaking unless there is a settlement for another language.
Smoking is not allowed but all tours include frequent stops.
As far as touring attire is concerned, the entrance to the churches and the monasteries included in the tours is allowed to men with long pants and to the ladies with long skirts.
Tourist guides must work under strict legal and time constraints. Therefore they will leave you to a point where it will serve, depending on the state of traffic. Our guides will do their best to drop you off as close as possible to your hotel except if suggested differently. Drivers will be happy to help you and give you information. Our co-operating providers reserve the right to terminate your tour/transfer if your behavior is disruptive to the driver or to other passengers. Passengers are forbidden to drink alcoholic spirits during tour/transfers.
During the booking process, you should contact us for any special requirement, such as a disabled person, a child’s seat, etc. According to the law, all children must use the appropriate child’s seat up to the age of 12 or until they reach a height of 1.35 m. Exempt taxis are excluded. If a child’s seat is not provided, children up to 3 years of age or older can travel as soon as they are attached to the adults’ safety belt. Children under 3 years of age may be carried without belt or safety strap provided they travel on the rear of the vehicle. Passengers traveling with wheelchairs should inform us during booking to ensure that the suitable vehicle meets their requirements. We need to know if the trolleys are folding, whether they are manually operated or operated with battery and / or engine.
If you travel with overweight luggage such as more than one luggage per person, sailboards, golf clubs, bikes, or other oversized items, you should inform us during booking to ensure that the proper vehicle is provided. If you do not inform us you will be responsible for any additional charges that may arise. In all cases that the above does not fit the supplied vehicle, additional charges will arise, for which you will be informed and agreed.
We are sure that your trip will run smoothly and that you will enjoy your vacation. However, if you have any complaints, you should report it to us immediately. If the problem cannot be solved on the spot, you must file a written complaint and report the incident in writing to “LUXURY TRANSFERS” within 14 days from your return to your country / city and we will reply within 28 days after we investigate the incident. We will answer you in writing.
If you proceed to any purchase during your stay in our country, you will need to keep the receipts with the exact cost.
D. Privacy Policy
We have taken every possible measure to ensure the confidentiality of your personal data. However, some of the details will have to be transferred to holiday-related providers such as your travel agent, airline, hotel, transportation companies, security providers, recreation companies, etc. Information may also be transferred to security and reliability control agencies, government authorities, such as the Customs / Immigration Bureau, if necessary, or as specified by the law. Please note that once the information is transferred to the appropriate providers for your vacation, the information is subject to their own protection policy.
E. Displayed prices
The rates mentioned on our invoices include tours/transfers by sedans, taxis, minibuses or buses. Prices are valid for that time period. Each tour/transfer takes place between the 1st of April of the current year and the 31st March of the following, regardless of when the reservation was made. All prices may change without prior notice.
Prices do not include personal expenses (laundry, telephone, etc.), drinks, water, coffee, tea, tips, credit fees and services not mentioned in our program. If you have any doubts about what’s included in the price, please contact us.
Private tours do not include tickets for museums and archaeological sites (as specified in the program), but include boarding and accommodation expenses.
F. Cancellation Policy
1. Private tours & transfers and multi-day tours
a. If you cancel your reservation 30 days before the scheduled tours/transfers date, you will be refunded the 70% of amount of the deposit.
b. If you cancel 20 days prior to the scheduled tours/transfers date, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit.
c. No refund will be given in case of cancellation in less than 21 days.
d. For reservations made on special requests from you, the amount of 25.00 € per person will always be withheld and will not be refunded as a penalty, regardless the time the cancellation was made.
2. Tours/Transfers
You can cancel within 40 days before the scheduled date and you will receive 70% of the deposit.
In time period 30 days prior to the scheduled date, no amount will be refunded in the event of cancellation, unless the trip cannot be realized due to the fact that the ship or aircraft cannot dock / land or in case the travel agent manages the tour causes the problem.
Transfer and Customized Tours will have a reservation of25.00 € per person that will not be refunded as a penalty for cancellation at any time once the reservation has been confirmed and the credit card has been charged. If you do not appear, you will not receive any refund.
In any case, the amount of the refund is 1% of the total transaction (bank policy) and in any case the minimum charge is 34 EUR + VAT.
“LUXURY TRANSFERS” reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time provided that the prepaid fares are returned to the passengers. In this case, every effort will be made to serve passengers with alternative means.
All cancellations should be confirmed by “LUXURY TRANSFERS”. LUXURY TRANSFERS reserves the right to modify, change, suspend, continue or terminate all or part of the cancellation policy for either a single event or generally at any time without prior notice.

• When a visitor chooses to pay while not logged in to the site, for example due to a temporary lack of internet signal, then he agrees that the product or products he has purchased may no longer be available. Order receipt in this case is given when we receive full payment of the selected product or the selected products (if more).
• Our online booking services are provided as shown on our website and we do not guarantee the availability of any product.
